Gunfire rang out at a Louisville, KY nightclub early Saturday morning, May 11, 2024, leaving two people dead and two others injured.
As reported by WHAS11.com, “Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) responded to a call of a shooting at a [nightclub], located at 282 Evangeline Ave., around 5 a.m. That’s in the Southland Park neighborhood.”
According to WLKY.com, “[w]hen they got there, they found one man shot dead. They also found another man and woman shot, but alive. The two living victims were taken to UofL Hospital. Just a bit later, a fourth victim, a man, showed up at UofL Hospital with a gunshot wound from the incident.”
WDRB.com is reporting, “[t]he Jefferson County Coroner on Monday identified Aaron Anderson of Louisville as one of the men shot and killed at [the nightclub]. He died at the scene. A second man later died at the hospital, but he hasn’t been identified. A man and a woman were last reported on Saturday to be in the hospital and stable.”
The shooting remains under investigation.
