A motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles left one person dead and two others seriously injured late Monday night, May 27, 2019, according to WJHG.com. Per the news report, a vehicle “was heading in the wrong direction going north in a southbound lane of Highway 231” when the vehicle hit a car driven by “Andrew Bellamy, 54, of Atlanta.” Andrew Bellamy and a passenger in his car, Tashante Anderson, “were both taken to a hospital with serious injuries.” According to MyPanhandle.com, the driver of the vehicle that struck Mr. Bellamy and his passenger was allegedly “under the influence of alcohol and driving the wrong way.”
