A fire at a Redding, CA motel Tuesday evening, March 23, 2021, caused injuries to one woman.

As reported by Redding.com, “[t]he fire was first reported shortly before 6 p.m. at 1055 Market St., which is the Sundial Lodge…the fire was confined to one upstairs unit at the motel. The room was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived.”

According to the report, “[f]irefighters knocked down the flames in the room and discovered a woman inside…Firefighters brought her out and she was given CPR.”

A fire at a Kansas City, MO apartment building Late Tuesday night, January 12, 2021, caused injuries to at least three people.

As reported by Fox4KC.com, a big fire ravaged an apartment building in Kansas City’s Historic Northeast. “The fire started just before midnight on Jan. 12. Crews encountered heavy fire conditions at the four-story apartment building as soon as they arrived.”

According to the report, “Fire fighters had to rescue at least three people with injuries. Two of them were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. One person is stable. One person had to jump from their apartment.”

The fire began on the first floor and reached all the way up to the top of the building. The fire caused a partial collapse of the building.

As reported by 12News.com, “[t]he fire happened near State Route 51 and Camelback Road around 7 p.m. Crews got calls of a fire inside a unit on the second floor of the complex. When firefighters worked their way inside the apartment, they found a man with extensive burns to his body and a woman with burns to her hands.”

According to the report, “[a]s firefighters entered the building, they performed an initial search and found one [person] inside.” That person was transported to a hospital for treatment.

An apartment fire in Fredericksburg, TX early Sunday morning, November 22, 2020, tragically claimed the life of two teen girls.

As reported by KVUE.com, “[o]n Sunday, Nov. 22, at approximately 5:10 a.m., the City of Fredericksburg’s fire and police departments were dispatched to a possible fire at…Apartments at 1019 Friendship Lane.”

According to the report, “[f]irefighters and police officers arrived on the scene and were able to determine that apartment 207 is where the fire took place…Once the scene was made safe for entry by firefighters, it was determined that two bodies were inside the apartment.”

KING5.com is reporting, “[o]n Nov. 23, the Fredericksburg Police Department identified the victims as 15-year-old Azalyia Hernandez and 16-year-old Eliza Maurer.”

An apartment fire in Silver Springs, MD early Saturday morning, November 28, 2020, tragically claimed the life of one person.

As reported by FoxBaltimore.com, “[o]n Saturday, at approximately 1:32 a.m., 4th District officers and Fire and Rescue personnel responded to an apartment fire in the 15200 block of Elkridge Way in Leisure World.”

According to the report, “[a]t approximately 3:50 a.m., fire officials reported the building fire as a 3-alarm fire causing significant damage to apartment building.”

WUSA9.com is reporting, “initially no injuries were reported in the fire, but while working to account for all of the residents of the apartment building, firefighters discovered a woman dead in her apartment.”
