Gunfire erupted early Sunday morning, September 19, 2021 at a Yemassee, South Carolina gas station leaving one man dead and seven others injured.

As reported by WBTW.com, “a party was going on outside the gas station and eight people were shot. The Yemassee Police Department said the shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. Sunday at Snappy Foods.”

Live5News.com is reporting, “[t]here were at least 20 shots fired, striking eight people, including a 31-year-old, a 22-year-old, two 14-year-olds, two 12-year-olds and an 8-year-old.”

According to the report, “[t]he eighth victim was a 33-year-old male who died from his injures. The other victims sustained non-life-threatening injures and were taken to nearby hospitals.”

As reported by WDBJ7.com, “[p]olice were called shortly after midnight September 15, 2021 about the shooting at a gas station in the 3900 block of Melrose Avenue NW.”

WSET.com is reporting, “[u]pon arrival, police found [the victim] unresponsive in a car with what appeared to be critical injuries. Roanoke Fire-EMS pronounced [the victim] dead on the scene.”

According to the report, the victim was identified as “21-year-old Lindsey P. Shook of Troutville.

As reported by WJTV.com, “Jackson police are investigating after two teenagers were injured in a shooting on Monday. The shooting happened at the Texaco on Medgar Evers Boulevard.”

WAPT.com is reporting, “[a] 15-year-old was shot once and an 18-year-old was shot twice.”

According to the report, “[t]he 18-year-old suffered life-threatening injuries and underwent surgery at a hospital…The 15-year-old’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.”

WLBT.com reported on a shooting at this location that happened June 1. In that incident an 18 year old girl lost her life.

Gunfire erupted late Thursday night, June 10, 2021 at an Orlando, FL gas station leaving two teens injured.

As reported by ClickOrlando.com, “[t]he shooting was reported just before 10 p.m. at the Circle K at Forest City and Riverside Park roads in Lockhart.”

According to the report, “the teens, 16 and 18, were found suffering from gunshot wounds.”

As reported by ExpressNews.com, “[o]fficers responded to 5411 Grissom Road around 2 a.m. for a shooting in progress and discovered the man in his vehicle with gunshot wounds in his abdomen and leg.”
