[The suspect] tried to leave the gas station with items worth less than $4 after an electronic purchase was rejected, but the clerk locked the door…[the suspect] threatened to shoot everyone inside the gas station unless the door was unlocked.”

According to the report, “[a]fter the men were shot, the clerk unlocked the door to the store, and [the suspect] fled from the scene.”

Mlive.com is reporting, “Gregory Kelly, 37, of Detroit, was fatally shot…A 60-year-old man and 37-year-old man were also injured in the shooting.”

Gunfire erupted Saturday afternoon, Feb 11, 2023 at an Albuquerque, NM gas station leaving one man dead and one other person injured.

As reported by KRQE.com, “[a]uthorities in Albuquerque said there was a reported shooting at 12:20 p.m. at a [gas station] in the 900 block of Juan Tabo Boulevard NE. Two victims had gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital.”

According to the report, “[p]olice originally said one victim is not expected to survive because they were critically injured. Later in the evening, they said a victim died.”

KOB.com is reporting, “Albuquerque police arrested and charged [the suspect] with the murder of Michael Urioste.” Per the report, “[a]round 12:19 p.m., police allege [the suspect] confronted and punched a store clerk. Then, Urioste stepped in to defend her and a fight broke out. The fight ended when [the suspect] allegedly shot Urioste and a bystander. Urioste and the bystander were each taken to the hospital, where Urioste died from his injuries.”

Gunfire erupted early Monday morning, Jan 16, 2023 at a Cleveland, OH gas station leaving one man dead.

As reported by WKYC.com, “officers responded to a shot Spotter call at [gas station] located at 13009 Buckeye Road at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, a 38-year-old male, down in the parking lot.”

According to the report, “[o]fficers proceeded to render first aid to the victim until the arrival of EMS, which conveyed him to University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.”

Cleveland19.com is reporting, “The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Victor Simuel.”
