A motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles early Wednesday morning, January 22, 2020, left one person dead and two others injured.
As reported by ReviewJournal.com, “The crash was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m. on the 7400 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, near East Warm Springs Road.”
LasVegasSun.com is reporting, “[a] BMW headed south on the Strip hit a guardrail, crossed into the northbound lanes and crashed head-on into an SUV…[t]he SUV then collided with another car.”
According to the report, “[t]he driver of the BMW, a 42-year-old Las Vegas woman, was pronounced dead at the scene…[t]he driver of the SUV, a 70-year-old Las Vegas man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to University Medical Center…The driver of the other vehicle, a 30-year-old man also from Las Vegas, suffered minor injuries.”
The investigation is ongoing.
