Gunfire erupted late Wednesday night, May 15, 2024 at a St. Louis, MO gas station leaving one man dead and one child injured.

As reported by Fox2Now.com, “[t]he incident occurred around 11 p.m. in the 8800 block of North Broadway, inside the [gas station].”

KSDK.com is reporting, “[a] 34-year-old man was shot multiple times in his leg, arm and groin, and a 6-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to his side. Police said the child was with his mother at the time of the shooting. The family of the 34-year-old confirmed he was not related to the child. Both of the victims were taken to an area hospital, where the man was later pronounced dead, police said. The child remained hospitalized and was listed in critical condition as of Thursday morning.”
