Could This Lockhart Apartment Shooting Have Been Prevented?

A shooting at the Magnolia Court apartment complex reportedly claimed the lives of 27-year-old Brandon Williams and 20-year-old Kimonie Norman Wednesday evening, October 15, 2017.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, gunfire erupted “on the playground at the Magnolia Court complex at 7632 Forest City Road around 4:46 p.m.” WFTV 9 reports both Mr. Williams and Mr. Norman were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where they tragically succumbed to fatal injuries. Police have apparently not yet identified a suspect or motive.
