Gunfire erupted Wednesday evening, February 14, 2024 at a Fayetteville, NC convenience store leaving one man dead.
As reported by WRAL.com, “[a]round 7 p.m., officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the [convenience store] at 5555 Murchison Road.”
ABC11.com is reporting, “[w]hen officers arrived they found 36-year-old Donte Lucas with a gunshot wound to his head. He was taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital where he later died from his injuries.”
The shooting investigation is ongoing.
