A shooting and carjacking outside the Chapel Ridge apartment complex in North Little Rock reportedly claimed the life of 29-year-old James Ward Thursday, September 28, 2017.
According to KATV 7, a “carjacking” erupted in gunfire outside “the Chapel Ridge Apartments located in the 5900 block of McCain Park Place just after 4:30 a.m.” Arkansas Online reports, Mr. Ward was transported to the hospital, where he tragically succumbed to fatal injuries.
