As reported by WREG.com, police are investigating “after a shooting at Ridgecrest Apartments in Frayser on Tuesday morning.”

According to the report, “Memphis police responded to the incident at 5:40 a.m. in the 2500 block of Woodcliff where they located a man shot in the stomach at the back of the apartment complex. The victim was taken to Regional One Health where he later died from his injuries.”

As reported by WREG.com, “Memphis Police responded to a shooting on Christmas Eve [at apartments] off Steve Road …where they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.”

According to the report, “the victim, Juan Castillo, was transported to the hospital, but did not survive his injuries.”

Action5News.com is reporting, “[the suspect] approached a 2012 Kia Sorento driven by Juan Castillo. Castillo stopped the car, exited and stepped away from the driver’s side door. [The suspect] then reportedly fired sever shots, hitting Castillo, before driving away in the 2012 Kia Sorento.”

The suspect has been arrested.

According to the report, “when officers arrived they located a man suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.”

A juvenile is dead and another person was injured after a shooting at a Memphis, TN apartment complex late Monday night, November 16, 2020.

As reported by WREG.com, the shooting “happened around 11 p.m. Monday off Galloway Avenue at the Galloway Gardens Apartments.”

According to the report, “by the time first responders arrived on the scene, the 17-year-old victim was already dead. A second man was located with a gunshot and transported to the hospital.”
