Gunfire erupted at a Clayton County, Georgia event center Saturday night, November 16, 2019, leaving one man dead.
As reported by 11Alive.com, “the shooting happened at a quinceañera at [a local]…Event Center.”
AJC.com is reporting, “[t]he victim, who was identified by police as 27-year-old Juan Perez Salazar, was killed after he tried to break up a fight between [the suspect] and another individual.”
According to the media outlets, a suspect has been arrested in connection to the deadly shooting.
The shooting investigation has also focused on the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.
