A man is dead after a shooting at a Raleigh, NC apartment complex Tuesday night, May 16, 2022.
As reported by WRAL.com, “[t]he shooting took place in the 6600 block of The Lakes Drive…officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:15 p.m.” CBS17.com indicates that this location is an “[a]partment complex.”
ABC11.com is reporting, “[p]olice arrived…to find Geovanni Emilio Valerio, 22, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.”
The investigation is ongoing.
