A shooting outside the Baymont Inn and Suites in Port Arthur reportedly claimed the life of 29-year-old Rasheed Edwards Thursday, December 29, 2016.
According to 12 News, the fatal shooting occurred “outside the Baymont Inn and Suites located at 3801 Texas 73 in Port Arthur.” A “Hotel Manager” allegedly told media, “[Mr.] Edwards and the suspects were not staying at the hotel during the time of the incident.” It is unclear how the gunmen gained entry to the property.
