One man is dead and a woman injured after a shooting at a Richmond, VA apartment complex Sunday night, Oct 29, 2023.
As reported by WRIC.com, “[a]t around 9:02 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29, officers responded to an apartment complex on the 2200 block of Ruffin Road for a report of a shooting.”
According to the report, “[t]he man was taken to an area hospital where he died of his injuries…[the woman] later transported herself to a local hospital in a personal vehicle to receive treatment for an injury that was not considered life-threatening.”
Richmond.com is reporting, “Richmond police announced that Robert Feggins, 23, of Richmond, is the man who died in a Sunday evening shooting.”
The investigation is ongoing.
