Colorado Springs Auto-Pedestrian Accident Causes Serious Injuries. (KRDO.com)

A motor vehicle accident injured a pedestrian Tuesday morning, December 10, 2019.
As reported by Fox21News.com, “[t]he crash happened around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Nevada Avenue and Las Vegas Street.”
According to the report, “a Dodge pickup truck was making a left turn onto northbound Nevada when it hit a pedestrian who was crossing Nevada in the crosswalk.”
The pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries.
KRDO.com is reporting, “the driver’s windshield had frost and ice on it and was barely scraped…[this] could have played a major factor in not seeing the pedestrian cross the street.”
The investigation is ongoing.
