Kansas City, MO – Gunfire rang out at a convenience store Wednesday evening, March 26, 2025, leaving one man dead.

As reported by KansasCity.com, “[p]olice got a report of a shooting in the 3700 block of St. John Avenue around 7:30 p.m. When they arrived at the parking lot of a convenience store at the corner of St. John and Monroe avenues, they found a man with gunshot wounds.”

According to the report, “[l]ifesaving measures were attempted, but medical personnel declared the victim dead at the scene.”

KCTV5.com is reporting, “Thursday afternoon, KCPD identified 21-year-old Tracy Williams as the shooting victim.”
